Maybelline Pérez Villatoro

Maybelline Pérez Villatoro immigrated with her family from El Salvador in 2010 when she was 12 years old. She has lived in East Boston ever since; former core leader of The Student Immigrant Movement (SIM). SIM is an MA-based statewide immigrant youth-led organization dedicated to the liberation of the undocumented community. Maybelline attends Northeastern University, where she is currently earning her degree in design with a concentration in graphic and experience design. Maybelline is a 2018-19 Young People For (YP4) fellow.
